Screen Printing

Screen printing is the most common type of printing. Screen printing is a printing process using a stencil made of emulsion to run ink through a mesh screen to imprint the design onto the clothing. This process can be done with water based inks, glitter inks, and most durable plastisol inks. Screen printing is priced on several different key factors. The location, and how many spots are being printed, the color of the garment, color of printing, and the amount of prints. Screen printing requires a screen for each color in the design and can be pricey for multiple colored prints on a small quantity of runs. The more shirts ordered, the screen/set up cost is then distributed more making the final price cheaper per shirt.

Apparel Finishing

DTF printing involves printing a design onto a piece of PET film (a special film with a coating that helps transfer designs) using plastisol inks and a special powder adhesive. Then, the design on the PET film is heat transferred to fabric using a heat press machine. This printing method is durable and the designs come out very detailed and vibrant. This is a great method for printing with lots of colors. We are able to do this type of application on all apparel including hats!

Embroidery

You’ve undoubtedly seen how embroidered designs can make a garment look fantastic. Whether it’s a simple sewn-on patch, an intricate floral design, or a beautiful multi-colored quilt, the way so many threads can come together and seamlessly creates a unique design is very impressive. Embroidery is priced off of the number of stitches in your artwork, thread cuts, and color changes.
